Wvi wishes to continue providing a well spread out, responsibly priced and diversified supply of well-equipped and sustainably managed industrial estates. We have the knowledge, experience and resources to realise and manage complex and often highly capital-intensive projects.
The location options we develop consist largely of individual plots of land on industrial estates, which we sell to companies. In recent years, we are also exploring alternative formulas, such as ground lease, concession, building and planting rights and leasing.
The formula of commercial multi-tenant building, where companies can purchase modules, offers them possibilities of setting up offices in a way that saves space. We are also increasingly investing in the reconversion of existing sites, building and empty properties.

• ensures that a site to be parcelled out is planned and laid out in a high-quality, sustainable and efficient manner
• makes the site ready for building on as soon as possible
• ensures, via a well-considered issuing and screening policy, that the right companies establish themselves on the industrial estate
• after-sale management of the industrial estate. We do this not only as a supervisor, by overseeing the terms and conditions of sale and obligations, but also as a business park manager. In that role, we are the ombudsman for the companies as well as a facilitator for collective initiatives, from camera surveillance to joint energy purchases.
